Service Description
This 75-minute class offers the perfect balance of movement and relaxation. Begin with 10-15 minutes of pranayama (breathwork) to center the mind and deepen your breath. Then, flow through 30 minutes of Vinyasa, linking breath with movement to build strength and flexibility. The practice transitions into 30 minutes of restorative yoga, where you’ll use props—bolsters, blankets, and blocks—to fully relax into gentle floor postures. The class ends with a blissful final savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. Ideal for beginners and all levels, Meli offers variations to suit each student’s needs.
